Session crash in Windows Vista

I have Session with Fast Track USB and Windows Vista.
I have installed Session and upgraded it with the latest update.
And Session don´t work. The program crash on startup.
Session really work with Windows Vista?

Yes, Session does work with Windows Vista.

Do you have any other M-Audio devices attached to the system (such as a USB MIDI keyboard)?

Also, can you please provide your system specs as requested in this thread (http://forums.m-audio.com/showthread.php?t=57); this information will assist us in troubleshooting your issue.

JA, I don´t have any other M-Audio product.
Only Session and Fast Track.

My computer is:

CPU: Pentium E-2180 @ 2.5 Ghz
RAM: 2 Gb Kingston 800 Mhz
Motherboard: MSI P6NGM-L
Windows Vista Home Premium
Video GeForce 7050 onboard
Realtek HD Audio onboard
Wireless D-LINK G520

I have Guitar Rig and Amplitube. They work very well.
Only Session doesn´t work!
I have SP1 in Vista, but without SP1 has the same error.
The latest update for Fast Track is installed.

Yes.
All drivers are the latest version.
My Vista is up-to-date, and video has the latest driver installed.


This error (APPCRASH) is very common on applications made by XP.
Session doesn´t work...

PS: No, no other message errors. Only APPCRASH in SESSION.EXE.

We have forwarded this information on to the developer for further insight as to what the problem may be. M-Audio will be closed Thursday & Friday so we probably won't have any updated info until next week. I'll keep you posted.

I've found out that Session does not currently support Portuguese OS; this is something that the developers are currently investigating, but there is no ETA for an update at this time. Until an update is available, the only solution will be to run the OS in English.

I don´t test the version 1.6.3 on XP.
I have original 1.5 version and it works on portuguese XP.
I will try and post here the results.
