Rarely does the Oddity act up on me...this synth is usually pretty stable. There's two things going on: As a standalone I can't get it to work with the DAE coreaudio so I hear it through my Digi hardware. Other synths like the Arturia 2600V work fine and bring the DAE right up.
The other being that as an RTAS in Pro Tools 8 the patch list shows up on my right-hand monitor if I drag the Oddity to the left-hand one(I use a 2 monitor setup for Pro Tools). This was not an issue in PT 7.3 when I was using my G4. Don't know if it's an Intel or PT8 issue. It's not a huge deal as the preset list doesn't cover the GUI...which is kind good...but it does require me to drag the mouse pointer over to the other monitor...which is NOT so good.
Was there ever an Intel update for the Oddity?

Yes, there was a Universal Binary update for Oddity; it's available at www.gforcesoftware.com. Make sure you have the latest version and see if the problem still exists.

I'm already running the latest Universal standalone version from Gmedia. Should I report this issue to them or do you guys do that?

Go ahead and report it to them as they will be the ones who can fix it. I'll forward this info to our Verifications department for testing and they can log and forward the info to them as well.

Regarding using it as a stand alone instrument; have you selected the MBox as the default output from Audio MIDI Setup?

I didn't do this but somehow it's working.

Still have the preset list issue and a few other new issues too.
