Lot of noise

When I am using the 'session music producer' software, I am getting a lot of noise. The noise level is so high that I can't even hear my own voice when I am singing. Has anyone faced this problem?

The producer mic is a condenser and is pretty sensitive. You can turn down the gain from the Producer USB control panel; and you may want to try to move the mic to a different part of the room or in a different position to minimize the excess sound it picks up.
