Good afternoon, help please. I have your 2 products Fast Track Ultra and Torq Xponent. Operational system Vista home premium 32bit SP1. A problem in that that these two products do not work together. When works Fast Track Ultra that does not work Torq Xponent, the system does not see this device and it writes that not connected. And on the contrary when works Torq Xponent Fast Track Ultra it is not found out by system. I used and USB Hub and without it. Helps Nothing. And when I tried to register manually (Fast track ultra) the system has written me the message "an error 10 it is impossible to establish the driver the device" In what can be a problem? And one more problem. At inclusion and deenergizing Fast track ultra clicks and a loud sound in all dinamics, and even in ear-phones and if not connected from the computer the device - too most, very unpleasantly are distributed and can damage it the equipment (dynamics, ear-phones)?
All it tried on 2 computers: Samsung Q70AV06 and desktop: Motherboard Asus P5K, Intel Core 2Duo Processor E6850 3.0Ghz, 4Gb RAM ddr2, Asus EN8800GT 512mb ddr3, Vista home premium SP1
I hope for your prompt reply and the help.

In case you haven't found the answers already:

A problem in that that these two products do not work together.

There is a different ASIO driver for each of our USB devices. This means that when you install one USB driver over an existing one, it replaces the ASIO portion and breaks ASIO for the original device (As you've seen).

At inclusion and deenergizing Fast track ultra clicks and a loud sound in all dinamics, and even in ear-phones and if not connected from the computer the device - too most, very unpleasantly are distributed and can damage it the equipment (dynamics, ear-phones)?

It is standard studio procedure to power the amp/speakers on last when powering up and powering them down first when shutting the system down as described in our KB article here (http://www.m-audio.com/index.php?do=support.faq&ID=12aef6319125f132614dc7d7682663cd).
