Failed Windows Logo Testing

I just purchased Music Producer. My attempt to install ends with a Windows warning this product has not passed Windows Logo testing and strongle recommended i not continue. With support closed today, can anyone tell me if they encountered the same problem and what was the resolution. I'm running XP SP2. Thanks!

2. As stated in the quick start guide, the "not passed windows logo testing" warning is expected to come up (http://www.m-audio.com/index.php?do=support.faq&ID=54d1cb2f7aa2551532b9c08f5efa535e), please choose "continue anyway" as stated.
