Server issues with Sessions update download

I am attempting to download the latest update for Sessions Music Producer for Windows XP SP3 (1.6.3v4). The product is registered and I am able to start the download. At about 6MB, though, the download freezes and eventually I receive an error message stating the connection with the server was reset. Numerous attempts have failed and I have also tried to clear the temporary files under Internet Explorer.

Windows XP SP3
Athlon 64 X2 6000+
4GB RAM
Geforce 8800GT
Sessions Music Producer (latest downloaded driver)

Update.

I installed Mozilla Firefox and the download issue is the same. 6MB, download freeze and then the connection is reset.

I just tested and was able to download the entire file (67.2 MB). Are you on dial-up? DSL? Cable Modem?

I have e-mailed our web team so they can check to make sure there is nothing on our and that could be affecting this. If the problem persists, send me a private message with your name and address and I can mail you the file on a CD.

I am on DSL.

I decided to reset my network here at home as well as check to see if my router was causing issues. Everything seems to be working fine. Hm.

Hello I am having the same problem the only difference is that mine gives me a message saying that I need a previous version of the updater before I can install the new one, can you please let me know where I can get the previous version?
