Are you running a non-English version of the OS? Or are you using a non-English font on an English OS Version?
Do you have the latest drivers for your video/graphics card?

no ıts englısh both..
yeah ı have got latest drıvers
Does the Fast Track USB control panel recognize the device as "connected"? If you disconnect the Fast Track USB and attempt to launch Session, do you get the same error message, or a different one?
We suspect this could be an issue with your video/graphics card. Can you please go to Start>Run and type "dxdiag", when that opens click "Save all information" and it will save these details to a text file. Please attach that file to a response.
Can you also please post a screen shot or list the files located:
C:\Program Files\M-Audio\Session\Resources

I just bought the Keystudio25 and have spent several hours trying to set up the software enough to use the keyboard. I am running XP Media center with service pack 3.
First thing I did was connect the keyboard to my computer and turn it on. It immediately registered as connected and Windows popped up a balloon saying my new device was installed and ready to use.
I then put in the DVD with the Session software, which immediately told me my system was unsupported. I went on the M-Audio website and downloaded the update for Session, 1.7.5, which then allowed me to install the session application. I did not install the Session content because this download always seemed to fail. The application downloaded uneventfully, however, when I open the program I immediately get a runtime error, which then causes Session to shut down.
I have another audio program called Reaper installed, and I was able to use the Keystudio25 as an input device for this program, however, it only recorded MIDI. Can anyone help me with either of these problems? I appreciate your time.
