Problems with Delta 66 & Vista 32bit driver

i have windows vista home premium 32 bit, i really dont know what service pack. i went to the maudio website and downloaded the vista 32bit driver and installed, shutdown and installed the card. i booted back up and the delta logo was in the system tray. i tryed to open it and it would not come up so i killed it in the system process and reopened it, then went to click it again and it opened. only now everything in the delta control panel is blank. so i decided to uninstall and try the vista 32bit sp1 driver and it did the same thing. any solutions? anyone with the same problem?

After installing the PCI card and booting the system, did the found new hardware wizard appear to install the drivers? Does the Delta 66 appear in the Windows Device Manager? Do any devices appear with a yellow question mark or exclamation point? Have you tried the card in different PCI slots?
