View Full Version : Problem with Delta 1010LT (very distorted playback)

I recently installed a delta 1010LT soundcard on a PC with Win XP SP3. I updated to the latest driver to support XP SP3 and I'm still getting the same problem. When I play music, it sounds very disorted and slows down the tempo of the music.

CPU: AMD Athlon 64 3700+
OS: Windows XP Home SP3
RAM: 1GB DDR SDRAM
Graphics: ATI Radeon 9200
HD: 160GB Hatachi + 80GB Western Digital
M-Audio Device: DELTA 1010LT & 5.10.00.5069v3
Driver Version: Delta_V32_5.10.00.5069v3

It could be an IRQ conflict; test the Delta card in different PCI slots. Have you disabled your built-in sound card?

I have this same problem when I overclock my PC. I'm yet to figure out how to correct it.

At stock settings my Delta 1010LT & 44 both behave, but as soon as I overclock I get major crackling, slow down of music, and slow 3d graphics. The problem is also random too.
