Hello,
Delta 66 OmniStudio
on Vista Ultimate 32-bit.
Attempted Delta_V32_5.10.00.5069v3
the hardware wizard just won't associate the drivers with the hardware.
It calls the Delta 66 "Multimedia Audio Controller" and won't recognize the installed M-Audio drivers at all.
Tried all PCI slots, tried running the drivers in compatibility mode, nothing.
I also tried forcing the drivers onto the "Multimedia Audio Controller" in the Device Manager, the drivers won't run: "This device cannot start. (Code 10)."

Try disabling your built-in sound card, Ethernet, modem, and wireless controllers, then try putting the Delta 66 in different PCI slots and see if you can get the system to recognize it properly. Once it does you can re-enabled the devices as needed.

Do you have any other PCI cards installed in the system?

Tried disabling onboard audio, Ethernet, and anything else non-essential, including CD-R/DVD-R drive, and second HDD. Still didn't work. There are no other PCI cards installed, 4 slots total available. Also, using onboard video, so no video card installed.
Motherboard is an Intel D945GNT, 2.8GHz Pentium D, 1 gig ram.

Was the card working previously? Can you test the card in another system? Do you have all the BIOS & Chipset updates for your motherboard.
