fade out on songs

i have sessions fast track usb,and i am trying to fade out the end of a song,i called and talked to one of the rep's on the phone,and he told me what to do,but i must have misunderstood him,if someone here on the forum could walk me thru it again,i would greatly appreciate it,thank's ron f.

In Session, go to the Transport Menu and select Enable Auto Fade-Out. Place the Auto Fade-Out Marker where you'd like the fade to begin, and place the Stop marker at the point where you want the volume to reach zero.
