Delta 44 driver lost

Dear all
I have a strange problem with my Delta 44 card.
On windows xp sp3 the audio card work very well but frequently after reboot windows xp loose the audio card driver and ask installation for the new hardware, making a reboot (without any action on the system or driver) windows xp start normally, load the driver of the audio card and the system work fine.

Driver version 5.10.00.5057

Any suggestion ??

Do you have any virus protection/firewall/spyware software that could be interfering with the driver? Did this problem start happening when updating to SP3?

Have you tried the Delta 44 in different PCI slots? What other PCI cards are installed?
