Delta MIDI In to multiple programs

I want to run two programs simultaneously and have both receive MIDI messages from my Delta 1010LT MIDI input. (One program is Ableton Live 5 and the other is GlovePIE, which lets me process control signals to Ableton.) I used to use Fast-Track Pro and had no problems, but with Delta, the second program cannot receive the MIDI messages. Is there a way to make this work? I'm running Windows XP SP2.

ReWire and/or MIDI-Ox. Perhaps those would work. Give them a Google.
