Just wondering if I could run both at the same time. It would be great to have a couple more pre's and recording tracks.

That depends, can you please update your signature with your system specs as requested in this thread (http://forums.m-audio.com/showthread.php?t=14). Do you have the Delta 66 PCI card to connect to attach the OmniStudio? What software are you recording with? Pro Tools M-Powered does not support multiple interfaces.
