delta 44 no operates with trs inputs?

my delta 44 not operate with trs inputs... simply cant record or confirm in the delta control panel v.u. anything. but when connects mono (guitar plug) sounds and records perfectly. other test I does with the same trs cable I used is plugging my bx5a and sound perfectly too. please help me. sorry, my english is horrible, I prefer spanish.

If the input works with a guitar, and the same TRS cable works for output, it sounds like the problem is with your source. If you would prefer assistance in Spanish we have a section of the forum just for that:
