Axiom 61 - Reason 4 RESOLVED

Hello music freaks

I want to continue with my music production
Now I have a problem I have the axiom that I leave work 61
Reason 4 now works with the play, stop, and the rec: key no longer
with reason

the dumb is that I loop, fast, and the rew: just do it
and what I use most often rec: play, stop, let the test fails
I hope someone can help me, thanks in advance

Is the problem that the keys no longer send MIDI into Reason? Have you tried resetting the zone/range as described in this FAQ (http://www.m-audio.com/index.php?do=support.faq&ID=ceeb5c1f721a8a763c377e9454c52c35)?
