Hi,

I'm on Win XP SP3
My 24/96 stopped working, so I re-installed the drivers and panel, using the new 5.10.0.5069 driver and panel.
The card it recognises in the panel is the Delta AP.
I don't know what version of the panel it was using, but it had the green/black logo.
Can I go back and try the original drivers, or is it a sign my Audio card is shot?

Thanks,
Tony.

What exactly is the problem? What controls aren't responding? Can you record and playback? The new drivers and control panel work just fine. You can try the old drivers if you like. There is currently an issue with the uninstaller and a couple files are left behind. After running the uninstaller go to C:\Windows\System 32 and delete the DeltaII.cpl & deltaIICoIn.dll files.

I uninstalled all Delta components including those that get left behind in the Delta panel II and all references in the registry.
Reboot
The card was picked up as new hardware.
I installed the original drivers (2003).
Still no sound
I then went to the Sounds and Audio devices panel in the XP Control panel and selected the card on the Audio Tab.
Sound!

I may try and install the Delta II panel, but as it's working, I might leave it.

Thanks
