Using third 1010 for other apps

Running a third 1010 separate from Pro Tools.

With M Powered not supporting three Cards I want to use the third for other apps, such as soundforge.

Unfortunately, even though PT doesn't support three cards it still pinches them so no other app can use them, (very greedy, sounds like the wife!!!)

Does anyone know how to fool PT or Windows to allow other apps to use the third card . .if not, its pretty useless!!

The cards are all using the same driver; I don't think it's going to be possible to use 2 with 1 app and the 3rd with another.
