Help Delta 66 dead

I've been running a delta 66 in my win xp daw for four years, without any trouble
this morning I installed a new 650 gb sata drive for my sample library and turned on my daw,
the delta drivers didn't load and so I reinstalled them and got a 'this device cannot start (code 10)' error
on reboot XP didn't see that the delta card was there...since then I've put the card into different pci slots but still the same problem...I looked in device manager but the delta is not there not even 'multimedia device'

any thoughts?......
