Driver does not install Control Panel

I've just installed the soundcard and used the driver below, downloaded from the wbsite. Vista tells me the installation was completed - and the card works. I don't have the control panle though nor the icon as described in the Vista installation procedure. Any ideas?

The control panel is part of the driver. Do you see a new icon in the System Tray? Check the Windows Control Panel; you'll need to enable classic view.
