My company is working with the Delta 1010 Series and we've constantly major problems with the audio crossbar.
They get all broken during half a year - or a year.
They are all mounted in a 19" server rack. Mostly 2-3 in each rack.
They have enough air to breath and are used for distributing audio in an appartment.
Now I've about 10! Delta 1010 not working. It seems that they can't be powered on, because the built-in led doesn't glow.
What's wrong with all these crossbars? Is there a way for raising an RMA in Germany?
