And what slot and bus speed does audiophile 192 supports?

No M-Audio devices are supported on any server edition OS.

The Audiophile 192 will work on PCI or PCI-X slots and it can operate at 33 or 66Mhz. You'll want to look to see if you motherboard is backwards compatible and capable of downclocking.
