Hi there,

I am a little confused because it seems as though my Delta 66 is still being controlled by the volume/mixer in Windows XP.

Should I be able to adjust the volume at all with the Windows Mixer?

If you're using an application like Windows Media Player that uses the direct sound driver; the audio goes through the Windows kernel mixer before going to the Delta card. Adjusting the Wave volume in the mixer will control the signal being sent to the Delta.
