I recently bought a t.c electronics m350 (http://www.tcelectronic.com/m350.asp) which I was planning to use with my 1010lt via spdif.

I've been reading through the forums and have come to the conclusion that this is an impossible combination. When the 1010lt is set to internal sync and the m350 is in digital input mode, no sync signal is sent from the output of the m350. Hence, no sound.

When the 1010lt is set to external sync via spdif the m350 won't recieve a sync signal and recieves no sound from the 1010lt.

Is this correct? Or is this merely a driver issue?

What would otherwise be the best (cheapest) solution? Get an extra delta card?

I believe only the Delta 1010 (non lt) can do this. I'm checking into this and will get back to you.

Sorry about that. I never heard back. I just sent another e-mail. I'm going to be off the next couple days and we're closed Monday for the holiday; I should have an answer for you on Tuesday.

It turns out that none of the Delta cards support the S/PDIF loopback like this. The cheapest solution would be to use the analog I/O.

Ok. Thanks for the answer.
