Updated KeyStudio 49 Key board. Session crashes. Can't download Session update.

I have the Session KeyStudio 49 keyboard. I updated to the latest driver and now Session will not launch (just crashes and closes). After reading the 1.6.3 Session update page, apparently this is a problem. Thus I registered my KeyStudio and have the confirmation email. However, when I go to download Session 1.6.3 it says my email is not registered. Need to download 1.6.3, any suggestions? Thanks for your help.

The Keystudio 49 was not selected as a qualifying product for the Session download. I have updated this so you should now be able to successfully download the 1.6.3 update. Please let us know if you continue to have problems.
