how much volume can i get just plugging the midi and analog outputs of my midi keyboard into this audio/midi interface (soundcard) and it into powered monitors?

enough to be workable?

You should be able to get a workable level. The actual level is going to depend on how hot the output of your keyboard is, and how powerful your monitors are.
