Dear all,

I m new to using this Delta 1010lt card. I want to record 8 simultaneous audio from this card into 8 seperate wav files. I want to write c code by using some API which can let me do this. If any of you have any direction for how to do it please share with me.

Thanks in advance

Bimal

The 1010LT has 8 mono lines in and 1 SPDIF In. Since, you didn't say what sources you are recording, I'll take it you want to record 8 mono sources. There are 6 rca connectors with an Operating Line level and 2 XLR connectors with Mic level line. By default the XLR lines in are set for Mic Line level (see page 7 of the 1010LT manual to see how to change these 2 inputs to Operating line level).

You can have your output source connect to the RCA inputs with a cable such as one with a 1/4 in male on one end (if your recording source output is a 1/4 inch female connector) and rca connectors on the other end, and to connect to the 1010LT XLR inputs, you maybe can use a cable with a Male XLR on one end and female XLR connector on the other end.

You need to be specific about what sources you are outputing from and what connector types the outputs have. Other wise, I'm limited to giving you general answers. If you are more specific, I can be more specific.

Sorry, but I know nothing about the coding you mention.
