Hi,
I've been using Session for the past few months and have had a very difficult time. As you can hopefully tell from the pictures attached, the popup boxes do not sync up with the contents. This occurs at every point in using the program, so it's almost impossible to use.

I'm currently using (barely!) Session 1.6.3 but the problem existed before I upgraded online. Vista Premium SP1 (again, problem existed before I upgraded to SP1). My screen resolution is set to 1680x1050.

Any help you can provide is much appreciated!!
Thanks,
Kelly

Does this problem occur at lower screen resolutions? What video/graphics card are you running? Do you have the latest drivers for it?

Hi, thanks for the quick reply:

Yes, it occurs at all resolutions I tried: 1280x800, 1366x768, 1440x900 and 1680x1050

I'm using the video that's on-board my motherboard - VIA Chrome9 HC IGP Family using latest driver that I could find 7.14.14.42. No other apps I run have this symptom.

Your video card is not compatible with Session, that's why you are experiencing this graphical issues. Session is not compatible with the VIA UniChrome video cards, and the Chrome 9 is an updated version based on the same architecture.

Is there a list of supported video cards that I can reference somewhere?

I don't have a list of supported devices, only unsupported. Session does not support video cards based on any of the following chipsets: S3/VIA UniChrome/Chrome, SiS EL315, and Matrox.
