Delta 44 Microphone set up

I just bought a Delta 44. Inserted my Shure PG 58 Mic into INS 1.
It's showing signals when I speak into it but the level is very very low.
How do I enhance it?

you need to run the mic through a preamp first

do i need to buy a mixer ? if yes then can you please suggest some names.i guess a basic 4 track mixer with phantom power will suffice? then i can connect instrument(guitar),mic and headphones?

for cheap look at the Berhinger stuff. Phantom power is for condensor mics. Your 58 is a dynamic... does not need phantom.
However it will need a preamp.
You can go the mixer route, they certainly have preamps or you can get a stand-alone preamp.
