noise in delta1010lt recording

I purchased the delta1010lt a year ago , and i keep experiencing a slight hiss noise in when ever i try using a input. Even when i turn of my preamp the noise remains constant. I tried putting the PC and Mic on 2 seperate indepentant electrical supplies and it remains the same. The cables i have today are brand new cables but , if the problems where the cables i would here the difference when my preamp turns on. My only guess is that the soundcard is getting interferance from the PC (ground loop). Does anyone have a solution to this because this is very fustrating.

Which input are you using? If you're using input 1 or 2, how are the jumpers for these inputs set? Try putting both jumpers for the inputs in the bottom position (+4 mode).
