1)The driver window doesn´t say m-powered any more like it used to
is this not compatible with PTOOLS?
Also-- I could finish the last little bit of install- the last dll-- deltallcoln.dll- would go- i got an error message-"realtek audio manager" saying something about an access violation
Any body have any ideas?
Thanks

What driver are you installing? The latest driver for XP SP3 is qualified for use with Pro Tools M-Powered 8.

I'm not sure what errors you're getting from the realtek audio manager; this probably refers to your built-in sound card, not the Delta. After uninstalling the M-Audio drivers, go to C:\Windows\System 32 and delete the DeltaII.cpl & deltaIICoIn.dll files.
