Hey guys,

Well my problems seem to all be worked out as far as getting Session to work, but I was wondering if you had any tips for modifying the guitar tones in Session? I'm currently working with the "heavy" preset, but I want to thicken it up quite a bit, give it some balls if you know what I'm saying! Any ideas where I need to start to do this? I began to go into the edit mode, but ended up totally losing all my distortion! Thanks for any help you can give!

Oh, and if anyone had any tips for recording bass in Session with the Fast Track USB device, that'd be great too! I have passive pickups in my Yamaha RBX-4 bass and it sounds OK...but do you know of any settings to give it a more punchy and more importantly, consistent tone? It seems to be really jumpy, volume wise, some parts are loud, some are really quiet...theres no consistency to it all!

You could add a compressor to your bass track to add more punch and even out the levels. When your in the edit mode, you can click the "E" button to bring up the virtual pedals and alter the settings. The B & S buttons are Bypass & Solo (which mutes all others).
