After replacing the Fast Track USB I was using do to latency issues, with the Delta 44 Ive resolved the latency issue but now Im having a sound issue with my vst's. I use Amp Sims to record guitars and was doing so with the Fast Track with no problems other than latency, which sounded Great. With the Delta 44 everything sounds terrible, input levels are very low, the eq section is very different, all in all they just sound like pour amps sims which was NOT the case with the Fast Track, very confusing since I thought the Delta 44 at 24/96khz would sound much better. Maybe I have something set up wrong? Do I need a preamp/DI with the Delta, as shown in the manual? Could someone explain how I should be setting up the Control Panel? I see under the Input Tab +4db, con, -10db...I dont know what the slider should be set to? I have Line Outs 1 and 2 going to 2 monitors with 1 guitar going to Input 1 from the brake out box. I monitor though my DAW, Reaper, as Im using a VST Amp sim to record with. Any other info needed please just ask but any help here would be Great.
