Hi, i'm Italian so i can't speak english very well.
I have recently buy the Audiophile 192 audio card and i have installed it on my new computer (see the signature). The audio card works good because i've installed the vista-compatible drivers.
I have a microphone, a Philips SBCD MD150 and i have some problems.. In what input i must connect it? I have try on "Input L" and "Input R" but nothing works.. I think i must set the option on the Vista control panel.. In XP was so easy, but in Vista is more difficult:mad:
Please help me!:)

You cannot connect the Microphone directly to the Audiophile 192 because it only has line level inputs. You need a microphone preamp to bring the mic signal up to line level.

Can you suggest me a good microphone preamp (best M-Audio if exist)?
