psp tracks

I was wondering if I could import my psp mp3 files from traxxpad. I have them on my pc and I would love to record over them.

You should be able to. Under the File Menu in Session, choose "Import" and locate the MP3 file.

i am getting the same issue as with other tracks i cant make a complete song all i want to do is add my lyrics and the imported track together

You have to record them onto separate tracks in Session; when you Export your song (from the file menu) you'll have a single stereo file with all of the tracks mixed together.
