KeyRig 25 + Sonar 8.5

Hi Guys,

My first post here and hello to everyone! xD

I'm an advanced guitarist and used to draw the midi notes i need in my tracks in the past using the Piano Roll view. So I decided to do myself a favour and buy a small midi keyboard, and so the KeyRig 25 was the basic for what I need. I have the general midi working in sonar, but I'm not sure if I set it up properly (I can't get the knobs to control sonar with ACT). I've set my in/out ports to "USB O2". But what do I do for "Assign Instruments", do I select "Generic Midi (patches 0..127)"? 128? Or do I just leave it on "Default" ?

Does anyone have a "ACT MIDI Controller" Preset for the KeyRig 25 (I see various M-Audio presets in the dropdown, but no KeyRig)? Or give me a quick walk-through on setting it up. I'm trying to use the 8 wheels and buttons. And hopefully change the program presets in various VSTi's.

I'm a n00b at MIDI interfaces so forgive me.

I don't know how to use Sonar's ACT MIDI learn feature. As this process should be the same for any MIDI controller, I would suggest checking the Cakewalk User Guide, their forums at http://forum.cakewalk.com/default.aspx, or contacting their tech support directly.
