    Default microtrack II excessive charging?

    microtrack II
    1.07 firmware
    riadata 4 gig 133x

have it hooked up via usb to mac g4
    (went into charge mode)

moved files off card to hard drive
deleted files from mtII drive on desktop

got busy with editing sounds for a while and later noticed the battery icon changed from charging to charged.

unmounted mtII from mac and reformatted card.
it mounted itself back on the mac desktop and went into charge mode again even though it told me it was fully charged earlier.
