The controls are working good all except for the mod. wheel when it moves in fl studio the midi light will blink but it does not do anything else. how do I set this up to work properly in Fl studio

Are you using the FL Studio Enigma Preset? If so, that uses a Tascam US-428 setup in FL Studio and the Tascam does not have a mod wheel. You'd have to select Generic Controller instead. What version of FL studio do you have?
