Default My MBox pro crashes my mac whenever I turn it on.

I have tried several different sequences in terms of turning it on before launching pro tools, with computer off etc but I keep getting a message where the screen goes dim and says that I need to hold down the computers on button until the computer is off and then restart. I bought the mbox pro bundled with protools 10 back in November. Used it for a film project then but haven't needed it again until today. It worked great back when I bought it but now it's crashing. Interestingly, the sessions still open and I can listen to the audio and play with the interface but the minute I turn on the MBox hardware...CRASH! Help!?!? thx

The Mbox is not an M-Audio product. I'm not familiar with this. Please contact Avid support directly or register for and post your question to the Avid Audio forums at http://duc.avid.com
