Default Keystation Mini 32 & iPad 3 (This accessory isnot support by iPad message) [RESOLVED]

I just got my Keystation Mini 32 today and it doesn't appear to be compatible with my new iPad (iPad 3). I'm getting the "This accessory is not supported by iPad" message. I tried a different usb cable but still no luck. I'm using the Apple camera connection kit. The keyboard works fine with Garageband on my Macbook Pro. Any ideas as to what's wrong? I searched the forum, kb and internet and don't seem to find anyone else with this problem.

It is the recommended Apple Camera Connection Kit MC531ZM/A.

This is the first I've heard of this. I've forwarded this to our testing department for investigation.

In the mean time, do you have any other USB devices that you can connect to the Camera Connection Kit to make sure it is working properly?

I just heard back from our testing department and they confirmed that the Keystation Mini 32 is working with their iPad 3 with that Camera Connection Kit.

Does the model # A1358 appear on the actual connector you are using?

If you continue to receive this error, check with Apple to see if your Camera Connection Kit may be malfunctioning.

Yes the model # is A1358 on the connector. It used to work with both my Zoom H2 and Rocksmith USB guitar cable but I just tested it now with the Rocksmith cable and I'm getting the same error message. Looks like the connector has gone bad, I'll check with Apple to see what my options are. Thank you!

Another update. Gave the CCK one last try with the Mini 32 and it works now! Perhaps it was a software thing it was getting hung up on and plugging in another device helped clear it out. The Rocksmith cable is working now too. Hopefully this helps someone else that might run into the same problem in the future.
