Default Pop/clicking on all inputs, help!

I recently invested a lot into getting a new recording, however I've it a little snag. I built an entirely new PC, got a new mic, and a Avid M-Audio Fast Track interface. What's happening is an audible clicking/popping on all recordings:

The issue, I believe, lies in the interface as all inputs (mic, instrument) have this popping, even while using the Direct Monitor.

Is there anything I should look for in fixing this or am I out the cost of the interface?

    Thanks in advance!

Just make the latency higher, i think on fresh installed device it was 256 change it to 512 or higher if you have the same problem.
