Default Fast track not working as sound card

Hi, first post here, sorry for bad english, iits not my native language.

I just have acquired a Fast Track Pro and i am having some problems. The system recognize it as the main sound card, i uninstaled all the old sound card drivers and programs and even disabled the on board sound card in the BIOS.

The fast Track Pro Control Panel Says its connected but without any response from softwares. windows media player don't even run music and games display no sound.

Using output 1/2 and the speakers play properly when using a instrument on the fast track pro input.

There is anything i am doing wrong? already read a lot of FAQs and guides but i failed to find anything related to a issue like this.

No, i checked turning it but right now it is all turned to PB.

When i start a playback on windows media player (for testing purposes) the music doesnt run. It gives no error message but dont run, the software still responds and the spectrum wave moves if i send it to another point in time but the audio keeps without running.

Like if the WMP were in pause all the time.

Some more info, everything seems ok in the driver department, but in the "playback devices" window when i give the "test" command nothing happens, and i mean REALLY nothing, not just i don't hear it but there is no modulation in the channels meter either.
