Firewire Solo beta driver w/ Windows 7 (Stop 0×9F Error )

It seems the Stop 0×9F Error is back in the Firewire Solo Windows 7 beta driver. As in previous versions of windows, this error occurs when your computer wakes up from sleep mode or when one or more drivers installed on your computer are unable to handle power state.

The vista fix was posted here(but I've yet to find anything for Windows 7...and from my limited understanding these fixes are not needed if the drivers are written correctly):
