Default m-audio keyrig 25 no sound

I installed everything it asks me to. but there is still no sound out from this controler. (I wanted to make accompaniment using it on this weekend.) .

please help. The menu said you can play on it as soon as you plug usb to your computer. It is not true.

my desktop dell demension E310, OS: window xp sp3

The KerRig 25 keyboard is plug and play, it does not require any drivers, however, it is just a MIDI controller, you need software to generate the sound. Did you install the included Key Rig software? After installing, run the Key Rig updater to get the latest version: http://www.m-audio.com/index.php?do=...drivers&f=1031
