Default running two 2496's

Hi,

My first post. I am sorry if it appears somewhere obvious but is there any information about running a pair of 2496's ? I would like to know how they appear in the control panel e.t.c.

They would be going into a 3.2G P4 running Xp pro with 1G ram. This has been running a single card faultlessly for 2years.

I use Samplitude se8 most of the time but am slowly getting to grips with Cubase se3.

Dave.

Hi Dave,

See this FAQ for an explanation of how to setup multiple Delta Cards. Since a driver is already installed for your first Delta card, you should be able to shut down, install the second card, and the drivers should load automatically (you may need to click through the Found New Hardware Wizard, but you should not need to download and install the drivers again). When installed, you should see radio buttons (on the right side) in the control panel for each installed Delta Card (1-4), that when selected, allow you to adjust the settings for the cards.

The forum default is to not automatically subscribe you to threads. You can change this in the User CP (click "edit options" under Settings & Options); you can also subscribe to a thread from the Thread Tools drop down when viewing a thread.
