Hello all,
I have a 1010LT card installed, with a single stereo input arriving to the computer via a MIDI to USB converter, and presently a single stereo output, but would like to be able to run multiple stereo outputs from the single input. Is it possible with this card? I would like to control various amps and speakers from a virtual theatre organ using several equalizers. I have been unable to find any reference to this in the instruction manual. Many thanks, Barry

What software are you using the 1010lt with? Generally this type of routing would be handled by your software. The most you could do using the Delta Control Panel mixer is route 1 input to 3 stereo outputs (2 analog and 1 s/pdif).

Hello JA,
I'm using a PC program called Miditzer (registered version 260SP), which is a Virtual Theatre Organ simulation. It's output is 2 channels direct to the Delta 1010 card, and from there to a stereo amp. What I would like to do is to use another of the outputs from the 1010 card to drive another amp and speakers. Regards,

What you want to do is assign Miditzer to output on channels 3/4 (instead of 1/2). Then in the Delta Control Panel, on the Patchbay Router Tab, set the first column 1/2 Out to "Monitor Mixer", and make sure 3/4 Out is set for Wave Out 3/4 (it should be set there by default). Then on the Monitor Mixer Tab, turn up the volume for Wave Out 3/4.
With this setup, your software will output directly to outputs 3/4, but that signal will also be picked up by the Delta's Monitor Mixer and routed to outputs 1/2.

Hello JA,
Many thanks for your quick reply. I'm not sure that Miditzer has that versatility, but will have a look and let you know. Many thanks, Barry

Hello JA,
Have checked the Miditzer program, and it appears that there is no facility to redirect it's output (stereo) to any particular input of the 1010 card, so I seem to be stuck with it. I will have a look at taking a stereo feed from the external equalizer. Many thanks for your efforts. Regards, Barry

Seems like all you need are a few Y cables with 1 RCA Male to 2 RCA Female. Get two of those cables (to facilitate left+right) for every *additional* amp you'd like to feed. 3 amps? 4 cables. Etc.
