I had to bring my computer in for repairs. It was a simply thing, but, the technitian trying to be thorough upgraded my computer from XP Media Center SP2 to SP3. SInce then, my M-audio icon in the task driver disappeared. Also, when I started the Installer Wizard, it was permanently frozen on UNinstall. I didn't realize this and uninstalled the software. I reinstalled it, however, can not get the driver to install. The installer Wizard ( M-audio installer shell) simply is frozen in UNinstall. I can't get it to select Modify or Repair. Period. I tried it from the DVD which came with my Audiophile 192 and also, I tried it with the new driver for SP3 which I downloaded from the website,( happily assuming this would solve my problems) NO LUCK. I wrote an incident email to support. No answer. This is alll causing me a great deal of wasted time since I need this working for professional reasons. Please help. Thanks, Thomas

Have you tried uninstalling SP3 from add/remove programs? Have you tried installing or uninstalling any other programs or drivers to make sure the problem isn't with the Installer Application itself?
