Default Recording two tracks at once Delta 44

I use Cubase 4 and the Delta 44. I am trying to record two tracks at one time with my sansamp bass driver DI. Separate tracks but at one time. One through the output of the sansamp and one throught the parallel output of the sansamp. For some reason, when i look in cubase it says that inputs 1/2 and enabled, but 3/4 are disabled. Is there a way that i can enable them so that i can record my two tracks at once? Also, i assume that i would record them in inputs 1 and 3?

Sorry if this is a lot.

Thanks in advance for any help that anyone can give on this
